Lazy seller hadnt shipped my item in a timely fashion
I ordered an item in Saturday and the seller has my money but has not shipped it yet. Ebay makes it hard to get in touch with them to fike a complaint against the seller. I have sent a message to the seller asking them when it is coming. They have not responded. Since they think they can just ignore me, I want a refund so I can buy it from someone else.

Mentor3 years agoWhat is the seller's handling time (it can be anywhere between 1-30 days)? Is it past the estimated delivery date? Depending on those answers, there may be nothing to report.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
Until it's past the estimated delivery date, there is no action to take.
