ebay is not here. This forum is manned by buyers and sellers who volunteer our time helping other buyers and sellers. If you will describe what the problem is, we can attempt to help you.

OP1 year agoI item was bought and 50watt tube amp but it has been 2 months and the money is on you side . a person over the phone told me it was in the bank. I checked and it was not. so I need you to refund the money. roughly 120 dollars.

Sorry to hear you did not receive the item you purchased.
Did you file a Refund Request within 30 days from estimated date of delivery? If so, did you escalate your request by asking Ebay to step in to help you? When/if you asked Ebay to step in, what was the response?

And, to your “threatâ€, good luck with that; in accepting the eBay user agreement, you formed an agreement to NOT sue them.
