Late shipping medical emergency

Question

I was a few days( 3 ) late shipping an order due to emergency medical issues and surgery. I sent buyer a message , apologies and mailed it and also sent another message. Never heard back.

Can’t get calls back from eBay still, long story but the auto assistant won’t let me talk with representative.

I just don’t want it to affect my ratings !

Can’t find eBay email ?

ebay doesn't have an email that they monitor. If you usually ship on time, one late shipment should not affect your metrics that much. You can go here to see what effect it has on your Seller Dashboard:
