Late shipping delivery
Sellers do you know usps on time delivery is 36%? How do I know, because I just watched CSPAN showing a Senate hearing with USPS Director De Joy.
This explains why I get 10-20 messages saying their sportcard has not been received. I have been giving refunds, well not any more.
The items not arriving on time were shipped eBay Standard Envelope.
Your eBay Standard Envelope shipping option is unreliable.
Fix it, change or remove this shipping method because sellers and buyers are not seeing a positive advantage.
I will not be offering eBay Standard Envelope shipping option any more.
I will include a statement in each item I list the USPS delivery is is 36%.
USPS Ground Avantage on time delivery is 50%-60%.
eBay, DO YOUR JOB AND PROTECT YOUR SELLERS.
