late shipping defect
I send items using EBAY standard envelope; however the local post office does not scan immediately, and the item does not show being shipped until it reaches the main process center. This is causing EBAY to say I am shipping the item late which is certainly not the case. What if anything can be done?

Just sharing how my selling ID avoids late shipping defects:
After she has purchased the label through eBay and stuck it onto the envelope or package . . . .
she takes her sold items to the local post office and stands in line. Once she is called to the next available counter clerk, she cheerfully says, "Acceptance Scan, With Receipt, Please!"
That system may or may not be practical for you.
