Late shipping
Why am I getting a late shipping rate on my seller level? I send everything out the next business day but the post office does not get to the buyer on time. Why is this my fault? How could I do this differently?

Mentor1 year agoYou need to have the item scanned in your handling time.
For example, if you have 1 day handling and something sells today, you need to mail the item and have it scanned in by the carrier by the end of business day tomorrow.
The scan protects you from late shipping. The scan must happen in your handling time cutoff.
