Why is it showing I have late shipments when I always ship within two days or sooner?

-How many Late shipping defects are you getting?
-Are you printing your labels through eBay so tracking is automatically uploaded to the sold item?
-If not are you manually uploading tracking to the sold item the same day you ship?
-Are you standing in line at the carrier's counter to get the Acceptance scan for your shipments? If you are dropping off without getting a scan that could be your problem.
