Late shipment resulting in refund.
Last month I shipped a package to my customer. He lives in Colorado, and it was taking weeks to get there. I checked the tracking info and found that the package was in Alaska. I contacted to buyer and told him I would refund his order and to refuse the package if and when it shows up. Three weeks later the tracking showed that it was delivered which he confirmed. He said he would return it. It's been over a month and nothing. I messaged him through ebay asking if he shipped it back yet. I have heard nothing for three days. Thanks. Bill Order # 09-13503-49287
