Late shipment rate
Hey there, I got a late shipment strike from a customer who told me on ebay messages not to ship his item until getting some information he was looking for close to his address for a modification of the item he bought from me then he opened a dispute creating me a late shipment strike because I was waiting on his response then his dispute came after ebay revised the case and appealed in my favor but my acc status started saying I am top rated seller still but if they evaluate me by the 17 of the month I will be above standard this is because of the late shipment rate about that sale by the day 18 of the same month that day I was told by ebay to be refunded and defect to be removed but I went to seller hub and late shipment rate still says the same because of that strike and it still says if I am evaluated today I will be above standard, will the system automatically remove the late shipment rate or it will stay even though the appeal went in my favor?
