Late Shipment Rate
Twice I have received a late shipment mark on my account. Neither of the items were shipped late. Packages were dropped off at the post office and not scanned in a timely manner. One package sat at the post office for 5 days before it was scanned as accepted. Once a package is dropped at the post office it is then out of my control. What options do you have? File an appeal? Didn't even know packages were considered late.
Thanks!

Sellers need to wait in line and make sure the package is scanned before it’s released to the post office. USPS is known for not scanning reliably, so simply ‘dropping it in a box’ is risky.
It’s too late to prove that a package was shipped in time after it sat for 5 days in the post office. I’m sorry.
