Late Shipment Rate
Why are we receiving late shipment strikes for carrier delays that were out of our control? The items were shipped from us on time.

You have to ship it on time and the carrier has to scan the package into the system in that same time.
So if you have one day handling and an item sells today, you have until tomorrow end of day to get the item to the carrier AND have the carrier scan the item.
Items with one day handling sold on the weekend need to be shipped by Monday end of day and receive a scan from the carrier on that day.
