late shipment rate
Hello, I am getting some late shipments and late delivery transactions indicated by the carrier on my account. My question is how do I get them removed when I have never been late to ship my items? I have a 1 day handling time and I always ship by the due date or most of the time I ship early. My rate is still only 1.85% on over 1500 items but I like that number to be a less as possible.

·1 year agoAre you getting a carrier scan within your handling time? That is the key to not having the item marked as shipped late. If you're merely dropping them in a dropbox and not making sure they get scanned, you can end up with a missing or late scan, and that will hurt your statistics.
eBay will not adjust those typically, unless it is actually affecting your seller rating and you have proof of an issue that was out of your control.
