This is the last time I will try to contact you before I let Ebay take care of it. I finally received my two orders today that were supposed to be here almost a month ago. I previously messaged you about them twice with no response. When I got them today there were items missing from BOTH orders. There was nothing wrong with the packaging, so they did not fall out on the way. From order # 03-09595-78040 was missing item # 184983405914 a 20-piece lot of moonstone pendants for which I paid 19.99. From order # 03-09595-78041 was missing item # 185226135752 a cross with several rose quartz stones (1.99) and item # 185669552321 a copper wrapped labradorite stone (5.99). In addition, most of the items I did receive do not look like real stones and smell like resin when touched with a hot pin. I am not going to go through the hassle of trying to return the pieces internationally, but I want the items I didn't receive refunded. |

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing parts. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
