Late shipmemts.
I had 9 packages that were late shipping due to the mail not running for a week. Ice and snow being the culprit. Mail trucks weren't even coming in from the hubs. I appealed them all stating inclement weather. One was removed, but the other 8 were denied and are now going to lower my seller rating. How does one get removed and the other 8 sitting in the mailbox with it, stay??? Is there anything else I can do??
