Mentor1 week agoIf you do not ship items on time, eBay keeps track and puts a mark on your account. Too many late shipment marks can result in sanctions on your account.
If you are selling items, you should frequently check in on your listings so that you notice a sale.
Email is not always dependable, as you have noticed.

OP1 week agoI understand all that. And, I do check my eBay account almost daily because this has happened to me before. If I wasn’t informed of a sale and get an late shipment., That stinks
