Late scan by post office = defect and ebay won't remove
Ebay AI response - UGH! Item shipped Dec 1st by USPS picking it up from my house. Of 10 items only 9 received an initial scan. On Dec 3rd I contacted USPS asking them to track it down. It received its first scan on Dec. 8 and was delivered on Dec 10th. I provided ebay with aa copy of my email to USPS.
All I got back was a standard decline to remove defect email . This is the type of AI generated response that diminishes ebay's connection to their sellers.

It was late being scanned.
