Late or missing package
I ordered from ebay now the delivery has exceeded its expected delivery date. I need what I ordered to finish up a machine for a friend. How do I rectify this?

Well, if it was shipped it cannot be speeded up while the carrier is in possession of it.

If it was never shipped or is running real late: You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventually refund.
