Mentor4 months agoGo to your purchase history. Has the estimated delivery date passed? If so, click on I haven't received my item. The seller will then have 3 business days to provide proof of delivery with tracking or refund. If not, ask eBay to step in on the 4th day and they will force a refund. This is the eBay 30 day money back guarantee. If it is beyond that time, go to your funding source. BUT, go the eBay route FIRST. Going to your funding source first will negate your eBay protection.
