Late Delivery and Refund

I recently sold an item, shipped USPS. It took the USPS more than a month to deliver the package due to issues in their system. In the meantime the buyer requested are refund because the shipment was late. Ebay issued the refund, I disputed it explaining USPS is having known issues in Atlanta. Package delivered on Friday last week.

I've messaged and called the buyer, no response.

Suggestions?

I am sorry to say, but eBay will not help with this. They will neither reverse your refund or force the buyer to pay again.

You will have to hope that your buyer chooses to do the right thing.

Unfortunately, this happens on eBay with some frequency. It has happened to me a few times, but I was fortunate in that my buyers repaid.
