Late delivery
Hi,
I sold a Christmas item on December 1, 2025. It was sent to an APO address,(military base).
I received a message for a refund on January 28, because they hadn't received it yet. So I went to the Post Office and they looked up the tracking and that is when they told me about the military base that was overseas and they would look into it.
I went ahead and refunded the person, then two days later the buyer received the item. Do I ask for a partial payment back from the item or just let it go as lessoned learned. The Post Office did send out a letter to me that when packages are sent to an oversea military base it could take up to 30-60 days.
