late buyer return request
Item 156076590249 was sold on 2/29. It was delivered on 3/5. 10 days later on 3/15 the buyer sends message that it was damaged in shipping demanding a refund. I repeatedly asked the buyer to initiate the return thru eBay as this was the proper resolution. Buyer did not and instead left negative feedback. Now - several weeks later on 4/3 the buyer has requested a return. It is now too late for me to even file a claim with UPS. How can this return be allowed?

The buyer has 30 days after receipt to open a return for an item not as described.
The UPS website says you have 60 days to file a claim.
