Last resort question payout not received for item sold
I sold an item (Transaction #08-12644-11382) earlier in 2025 and was told on the Seller Hub that I had my payout on January 29, 2025. My bank records do not show this payout payment. The seller received their item on February 6, 2025. What do you suggest I do?

Go to your payment account and click on the payout. There is a transaction ID - you can ask your bank to trace that ID. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
