LAST QUANTITIY ITEM SOLD - BUT A LISTING STILL SHOWED 1 AVAILABLE
I had a sale of a product, that was sold out. A listing was still open and someone bought it. I contacted the buyer and said the item was sold out and offered a full refund. She agreed, I had canceled it due to being out of stock but now I will have a "ding" on my account.
How did a listing still show available, when I sold them both over a month ago? I need EBay to know, I didn't make a fake listing, it should not have been there.
