Last One message wont go away. I have 66 available and listing shows only one available to buyers.
This is regarding a bag from Printify, who warns you not to make changes inside eBay or the fulfillment may not work, so using Sell Similar isn't an option (though when I did use that, the update to number available updated right away).

Mentor10 months ago@bbsoulprints. You need to go to account settings > selling preferences on a computer and look for the section that says show the quantity available.
I am on my cellphone right now but can give you a link if you need it later.

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer. Unfortunately, I've tried that (and tried again, just to be sure) but it doesn't fix this particular problem. Once the problem is fixed, that option will toggle back and forth between the number available and a vague indication, like "more than 10". I have found a work-around, though: if I end the listing on ebay, and then relist it, updating the number of items actually works when I enter the number available in the Revisions page. Ebay thinks it's due to porting from Printify because they have their own code and somehow it is at odds with the eBay code. Thanks again for taking time to help!

·10 months agoIn your Selling Preferences, there is a toggle for “Buyers can see exactly how many items are leftâ€. Is that enabled or disabled in your account?

Thanks for much for taking time to help. That preference is not the issue; I've known about it for a few weeks (I'm just starting out on this journey), and as explained in my answer to the last post, the Last One message stays on regardless of whether that preference "Buyers can see..." is on or off. It is not relevant here because even when I CAN update the number of available on the Revisions page, turning "Buyers can see..." off only causes the number available to read as "More than 10 available". It never causes the message "Last One"; at least not in my experience.
The reason this happens is that when you publish from Printify to eBay, eBay doesn't know how much of the product you have. Printify is a print on demand service so the products are created when they are sold, so the listing automatically assumes there is only 1 available when it first populates to eBay. You have to go into Revisions and change that. However, that particular piece of info often won't update, though other things you enter on the Revisions page do, such as changing the description, adding info like categories or adding volume pricing.
eBay said this is an issue with code that comes with the Printify listing, so they can't fix it. Printify's customer service is way behind, so I've been figuring things out myself or getting answers from research or boards such as this. As I said, I figured out a work-around; simply ending the listing and then relisting it opens up the ability for that product available number to update.
