last 2 items purchased delivered to wrong city, wrong address, something is fishy

my last 2 purchases were delivered to incorrect address, wrong city , wrong everything. I checked paypal and ebay, both have correct address. How to I get help

Were the purchases from the same seller or different sellers? If different sellers then you need to double check the address you are showing when you make the payment as this is what is sent to the seller.
