Large, framed paintings fees
Are large, framed paintings charged the 5% final value fee, or do they fall under another category? I see a lot of NFT sub-categories and have no idea what that is.

The 5% rate is only for NFTs. Physical artwork would fall under the general rate for most items - 13.25%, plus a transaction fee of $.40 for items over $10.
