Lamps arrived with no lamp shades

I ordered a pair of lamps and in the description it's specifically says that the lamp shades come with the lamps. Well the lamps came in today but the lampshades didn't can someone help me with this matter please. Thank you

Contact the seller and see if they were shipped separately. Otherwise, open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing parts. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
