Lack of Tracking Number.
I have 4 recent items that were shipped without tracking numbers. USPS. The Buyers paid, but payment is on hold. I have sent emails to buyers requesting whether they have received the items. How will I get paid for sending the items without tracking?

In the future use tracking because you also will get 4 Late shipping defects on your account and if you get enough of those your Seller level could change for the worse. Seller Dashboard | eBay
Buyer's confirming they received something or leaving you Feedback has nothing to with tracking and confirmed delivery. Your funds will be on hold for up to 31 days. Transaction holds | eBay
