Lack of response to queries from seller
I have asked questions to a couple of sellers but can get no response. Can ebay contact the seller and ask them to respond?

·2 years agoeBay does not require sellers to respond to questions/messages.
Have you clicked on and read the item’s description?
If yes, and the necessary information is not there and the seller(s) are ignoring you or refusing to answer your question(s), perhaps this signals a basic lack of customer service skills.
Some buyers may consider this a “red flag.â€
