labor fee reimbursement due to defective auto parts
I bought auto parts from lickforpart
After receiving the parts, I paid an auto repair shop to install the parts. After a short time driving, it turns out the parts are defective, so I have to replace the parts.
lickforpart is not responding to my messages.
All the cost will include not only new parts, but the extra labor fees charged by auto repair shop.
How can I ask for reimbursement via eBay to cover all of new parts and lab fees?

This is something you are not likely to get out of most sellers. And in most of these cases the sellers aren't authorized to sell the parts like someplace for example keystone would do. They might have parts for sale but they're not going to offer any kind of warranty or labor reimbursement.
When I buy parts from eBay for our cars in the shop I already know ahead of time that I'll be lucky if I can even get an item returned and credited let alone try to get labor reimbursement. That might fly with a place like LKQ keystone or a dealer ship but not with some small seller or even a large seller on eBay, unless they are also affiliated with an authorized permission from the parts manufacturer.
In other words you're probably not going to get reimbursed for any labor. You might get them to reimburse you for the part, but that's probably going to be it.
Many of them are also going to stick to the return options they list on their listing. So if you end up being outside of that they may not return it or they may charge you a restocking fee. In the case of a defective part depending on their return options you either have to return it as a defective item or as an item didn't match description.
