Lable created but no tracking
Seller is saying my package has been delivered to UPS but driver didnt scan package in. UPS is saying they have 100% not received my package. Not sure what to do?

Mentor6 months agoYou will need to check your purchase history for the last estimated delivery date shown for the item. Once this date has passed by at least one day you can open a case for an "Item not received". If the seller cannot prove with tracking that the item has been delivered or is moving through the carriers system within three days you can go back to he case and "Ask eBay to step in". eBay will then force a refund from the seller. So if the tracking number is showing no movement or any scans you should be able to ask for eBay's help once the time limit is reached.
