labels printing sideways

Question

Does anyone know where to change printer settings on Ebay?

I have been printing on 8.5x11" paper for the last year. I've now installed a 4x6" label printer but Ebay sends the label sideways so it ends up half the size and hard to read. There are no settings on the printer's print setting that allows me to flip it and they say I need to change my output settings on ebay.

There is a Print Format "Change" button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.

- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.

Click the "Change" and you can select PDF or PNG and the layout in case you want to use a label printer (4x6)

Label Preferences

Choose a print format

Save
