Labels not right size
 
 
I have the labels set to 4 x 6 but then when I click on it it switches to 4 x 4 and I can't change it

Mentor2 years agoIt would appear you have the ebay label format set to 4x6, but you have the printer's properties set to 4x4. Use a browser to check that both are set to 4x6. Once set from a browser, the mobile app should show the same.

That's really odd. It looks like you are using the app? Can you use the full desktop site from your phone or use a computer?
I am going to ask the team if this change is on purpose or a tech issue>>>

Hey @comics-scifi-collectibles thanks for the tag. This appears to be a settings issue, as @rfmtm noted. @possum_w once you have changed your label format in your browser, you should be good to go!
