Labels not generating
Earlier today my first set of items were auctioned off and I printed 2 of the labels that I need. None of the other items' labels are generating and there doesn't seem any reason for this.
I changed some shipping preferences for combined shipping between the second and third label being purchased, but I don't think that should effect the other items.

OP8 months agoThe first 2 labels were perfectly fine, it's just that the others can't get past the purchase screen without the "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." message.

Mentor8 months agoEbay error messages are often misleading. In this case the first thing to do is check the ship to (buyer's) address format here:

If you continue to have a problem open a free PirateShip account. This directly integrates with ebay, has equal or lower prices and is great to have as a back up when ebay problems occur.
