Mentor8 months ago@nov-7916 Be sure to let your buyer know which is the correct tracking number to keep an eye on.
You can NOT void an eBay Standard Envelope Label. So if that is the label you are out of luck, and the money for the mistakes.
A side note... be sure to get signature on delivery for the panhead case. Also consider adding insurance.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Then the postal service will refund you in about 3-4 weeks on your all transactions page here>

For future reference this is how to REPRINT a label
Go to this page and select Download next to the label. You can reprint/ download up to 7 days from the date of purchasing the label.

Do NOT select Get another label or you are purchasing a new label.

If you purchased shipping labels that will not be used, you have up to 28 days to cancel them for a refund. The labels would need to have different tracking numbers. If they have the same tracking numbers, you may have just reprinted them rather than purchasing them.
If you go to your Shipping Labels page, cancel the unused labels. You will then see your refund in approximately 21 days.
