-In order to get the package ship you can Print another label but select the QR code feature, that code can be taken to the post office on your mobile device and they can scan it and print your label.
-The other option is to write out a label for your customer and then pay the postage at the counter and then take the receipt with the tracking number back home and manually load the tracking number on the Sold item
-For the two labels you purchased, you can Cancel them on this page so your account will receive credit in 21 days or less. Track and manage your shipments (ebay.com)
-Another fix (and I have actually done this) is try the Reprint function on one of the labels you purchased and when the label appears on your screen take a screen shot of it. You can then try printing the screen shot if the issue is with the eBay label flow function. You can also insert the screen shot in a Word doc and then print the document. If trying to print a screen shot or word document does not work then the printing issue is with your system and not eBay.
