I have sold a couple of items and have had an issue with the shipping labels. My computer went on the fritz and I was unable to print my label right away. When I tried to print a duplicate label, I was unable to pull up the original one, only the tracking number, and I inadvertently purchased another label. Printer problem still....there was an option to
"Print another label" and so I chose that, however, it charged me for an additional label. I have 4 labels purchased for the same item!! So my questions are:
How do I reprint a label without it charging me?
I put in a request for a void on one of the labels- How do I know if they "approved" my request to Void?
I ultimately ended up with yet another label, but chose the QR instead in hopes that the shipping provider would be able to print the label out. They could not. So, my question is
How do I turn my QR label into a standard shipping label?

Mentor3 years agoYou can reprint a label for 24 hours after purchase. After that, you have to void the label and start over.
You can’t change a QR code label into a printed label - you have to void the QR code label and purchase a new label.
Voids take about 21 days to receive the refund. I don’t believe there is any notification before that.
