Label tracking is incorrect
Just printed a label on Sept 28. The tracking number shows it was already delivered to the wrong address. I have no way to get a refund because It shows delivered. Ebay help is useless. Can't even talk to a real person.
The buyer caught the error when they looked up the tracking number. I had to reprint a new label at my expense. As far as I am concerned this is fraud on ebay's part
