label size
I feel like I'm going crazy but I can't find where to change the size of my shipping label? Does it just not exist? Or do I have to pay for a storefront to access that?

That all depends on what you are trying to do. On a PC below is a screen shot of the eBay Purchase & Print label page. Over on the right and below the item information is a link for changing some size and page layout settings for the label (green arrow).
The other place to change the size is on your browser's print menu. They typically let you do that based on a percentage. I like 85% for most labels but occasionally use 75% on really small packages.
