I cancelled a label on 3/16/26 and it is now 3/26 and my funds have not been refunded to me. Ebay confirmed the cancellation ...

Payment status: Refund initiated

Where do I go to get an update on the refund that hasn't been received yet. Was told it would take 3-5 days to credit back to my account.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Anyone that said 3-5 days was misinformed.
