If you cancel any unused carrier label, eBay will refund it automatically. Refunds usually appear in your account within about a week for USPS and up to a few weeks for others. You can check or cancel labels here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub

Voiding or cancelling a shipping label on Ebay will get refunded to the seller but it takes about 3 weeks usually. The carrier wants to make sure you don't use the label before they refund.
