My printer recently printed to identical labels - how do I get refunded for the unused one?

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the 2 shipping labels have identical tracking numbers, you do not need to do anything. If they have 2 different tracking numbers, you need to VOID the one you will not be using.
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
You have 28 days to VOID the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined that the label was never used.

Mentor2 weeks agoDid eBay actually bill you for two labels? Reprints are not two separate labels. Check your shipping label page to see if the labels have two different tracking numbers. If they do then you can void the one you did not use. Once voided the shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. Once the carrier allows the refund eBay will let you know and it will be available as a payout.
