Label printing 8 x 11 in error
The listing shows label size 4 x 6. When I go to print it states printing 4 x 6 but when it prints it is full page 8 x 11. The PO is complaining. Only having this issue with eBay not other platforms that I sell from. Any how to correct?

There is a Print Format "Change" button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.
- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.
Click the "Change" and you can select PDF or PNG and the layout of your choice.
Unless you have a label printer, select 8x11
If you are still having trouble, double check the printer dialog screen and make sure you select to print 100% and not fit the paper (if you are using 8,5x11)
