label printing
how do I adjust the shipping label so that it will print to fit the 4 x 6 label. When I print my label in order to get the shipping address to fit I have to adjust my printer to print it small and it does not even fill a 4 x 6 label. I have tried turning the label so that it prints the long way of the label but it still prints the same way as when I didnt adjust the settings. If this makes sense to anyone and is able to help I would greatly appreciate it.

·3 years agoThere has been a label printing problem with the mobile app. If you use a browser to print your labels, set your label size on the label printing screen and choose the 4x6 format.
