label printing
I'm trying to switch from printing labels on my printer (2 labels on an 8.5 x 11) to a thermal printer that prints on a 4 x 6 label. It keeps printing the 2 labels on the 4 x 6 thermal label. I usually have several labels to print and normally use the app on the iphone. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks

Mentor1 year agoUsing a browser on the create label page look to the lower right and change the format size to 4x6. This setting will then be for the mobile app as well. You should be able to make this change on the mobile app as well, but I do not use the app to tell you where it is.
