Label printer issues
My label printer only prints labels in horizontal mode; it needs to be vertical. Where are the settings to change that?

Mentor8 months agoOpen your printer setting and check for portrait mode
.
Make sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and the Orientation is set to AUTO in the label preview.
Does the label look correct in the preview window? If not are you sure you set the ebay label format correctly.
If still a problem come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using. A screen shot of the entire label preview will also help.
