Label printed to send package, but buyer did not change address

Question

I am a seller, an item sold and was delivered to the address of the buyer. The package was returned to me for an incorrect address. A message was sent to the buyer and she has given me her correct address, which is a completely different state.

I would like to know how to first, change the address of the buyer on eBay and second, how can I print another label with the new address, and third, how do I print a new label and have it charged to the buyer so I do not bear the cost?

I would appreciate advise on this matter soon.

You can refund the buyer for the item price (not including original shipping). Relist the item, and send the new item # to the buyer so she can repurchase it. Remind her to select/add the correct address at checkout. She'll be charged the correct shipping cost and sales tax for the state the item is sent to.
