Label got lost, package in the wind

I sent a package out. Somewhere in the distribution center my label fell off amd attached to another package. My buyer received an error package, my package is lost. Buyer was refunded, what do I do as a seller with a package lost with no label.

To be honest that sounds like an improbable occurrence. If your label stuck to another package that package was getting two tracking number scans by the postal systems automated scanning system, which also diverts packages to various shipping zones and zip code zones for delivery purposes. If a package has two labels being scanned I suspect a fault would be thrown out with conflicting information on where to divert the package.

Additionally, what do you mean that your Buyer received an "error" package???? Your label did not magically come off your package and stick perfectly on another package covering the other packages label, just not going to happen.

In any event, if tracking on your Sold item shows Delivered and if all that information you received was from the Buyer you may have gotten scammed out of your money. Something here just doesn't sound right ...
