Label didn't print, but I was still charged

Can anyone please tell me how to cancel a label that eBay is showing I've printed? I didn't realize it was being sent to the wrong printer, which isn't working right now anyway. So, I got charged, and I also can't change the size of my box, so I think I'm being overcharged on shipping!

Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
