Label created, can't track

Question

The seller created a label a week ago, they said they handed it to the driver but was never scanned by ups. I contacted the seller and they contacted ups yesterday. But still nothing , I can't track it yet, so how long should I wait to ask again? Or is there another way?

Tracking will update once UPS scans the package, until then all you can do is wait. As a buyer you need to make sure to know what the last estimated delivery date is on the order. If you do not receive it by then, the next day you can open an item not received refund.
